Lauren Levig BCTMB CPT HHP is a National Board Certified Massage Therapist, Certified Personal Trainer and Holistic Health Practitioner with over 2000 hours of education in massage, nutrition and exercise science. She specializes in medical massage and manual therapy techniques including neuromuscular, myofascial and muscle release, lymphatic drainage, sports, deep tissue, structural integration, and breathwork. She is a Graston Technique® IASTM preferred provider. She helps clients resolve soft tissue dysfunction and fine tune their self care regimens to find lasting relief.
